Terms of Service
The agreement between you and MotiGraph when you use this platform.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.
Courses and access
Enrolling in a paid course gives you personal access to that course's material for as long as it remains on the platform. Course content may be updated, improved or reorganised over time. Downloading, recording, redistributing or reselling course material is not permitted.
Payments
All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken through our payment provider. Access to a paid course begins once payment is confirmed — for methods paid at an outlet, that is when the outlet reports the payment, not when the reference is issued.
Services and project work
Work delivered under a service agreement is governed by the scope, timeline and price agreed in writing for that project. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding quotation on its own.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the platform, access accounts or data that are not yours, or use the service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend an account that does.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will make it visible on this page before it takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute.
