Refund Policy
When you can get your money back, and how to ask.
Courses
You may request a full refund within 14 days of enrolment, provided you have completed no more than 20% of the course. Beyond either limit we cannot refund the enrolment, because the material has substantially been delivered.
If a course is cancelled
If we cancel a course or cannot deliver it as described, you receive a full refund regardless of how much time has passed.
Services and project work
Refunds on project work follow the payment and milestone terms of the signed agreement for that project. Work already completed and delivered is not refundable.
How to request a refund
Contact us with your order number and the reason. We will confirm receipt within two working days and complete an approved refund within 14 working days.
How refunds are returned
Refunds are returned to the method you paid with. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or wallet provider and is outside our control.
