What we collect, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.
What we collect
We collect only what the service needs to work: your name, email address and phone number when you create an account or contact us; your course enrolments and progress; and records of the orders and payments you make. We never see or store your full card number. Card details are entered on our payment provider's own page and never reach our servers.
Why we collect it
To give you access to what you enrolled in, issue your certificates, answer your enquiries, and keep a lawful record of transactions. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that make the service work: our payment provider, so your payment can be processed and verified, and our email provider, so account and verification messages reach you. Each receives only what it needs for that purpose.
How long we keep it
Account and learning records are kept for as long as your account is open. Financial records are kept for the period Egyptian law requires, even after an account is closed.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days. Some financial records must be retained by law and cannot be deleted on request.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function — keeping you signed in, remembering your language and theme, and protecting forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
